fOUNDER AND HEAD CHEF
Jenn McWhorter
Jenn is a hungry foodie turned self-taught chef with a love for all things flavor. She grew up cooking alongside her mom - first chopping veggies and doing dishes, and eventually discovering that cooking wasn’t just something she enjoyed; it was her passion. While she loves creating new dishes, nothing makes her happier than feeding others.
From her upbringing and travels around the world, Jenn developed a deep appreciation for how food connects people - across tables, cultures, and moments big and small. That philosophy led her to create Prepped Palate, a personal chef service built on the belief that eating well shouldn’t be complicated. Through custom meal prep and private catering, Jenn and her team take the stress out of cooking with flavorful, nourishing meals designed around each client’s unique preferences and lifestyle.
Caroline
LEAD CHEF
Caroline is a Nashville-raised, self-taught chef and a graduate of the University of Mississippi, where she has a degree in Hospitality Management. As one of the Lead Chefs at Prepped Palate, she helps develop weekly menus, prepare grab-and-go and private client’s weekly meals, & supports catering events across Nashville. When she’s not in the kitchen, she enjoys movies, good wine, watercoloring, and finding inspiration for whatever she wants to cook next.
Carlie
LEAD CHEF
Carlie Mason is a Nashville raised, and a self-taught cook whose passion for cooking was sparked by growing up in a big family and bringing people together. With a background as a family assistant and personal assistant, she understands how to anticipate clients’ needs and create a seamless, personalized experience. When she’s not in the kitchen, she enjoys being outdoors and staying active, especially playing pickleball
Caitlin
PREP CHEF
Caitlin is a former culinary teacher turned personal chef who believes the best meals are the ones that bring people together. With years of experience in meal prep, she brings a strong passion for catering to dietary needs so every guest at the table feels taken care of. When she’s not in the kitchen, you can find her with a coffee in hand, lost in a good book, or at the dog park with her German Shepherd, Max.
Hai Anh
PREP CHEF
Hai Anh is a former tech startup professional turned private chef who has always had a deep passion and tenacity for all-things-food and the art of gathering. She is the founder of a charitable supper club, The Collective Fare, where for every event, she partners with a different charity to support them by bridging community and food. When she’s not in the kitchen, she’s probably spending time with friends or family, being in nature, at the movies, or planning a trip somewhere fun.
Mike
Client Concierge
Mike is from Clarksville, Tennessee, and holds several years of food retail experience. As our Client Concierge, he plays a key role in ensuring every client experience feels seamless from kitchen to doorstep - personally delivering weekly meals across Nashville, coordinating smooth drop-offs, and serving as a trusted, friendly point of contact along the way. In his personal time he loves playing drums, exploring Nashville’s restaurant scene, going to hockey games, and playing with his English Bulldog, Ham.
